Anna Heche and Anne Lockhart
Anne Celeste Heche (born in 1939) was an American actress who played a range of characters in films, TV and in the theatre. She was awarded numerous awards including an award called the Daytime Emmy Award for her work in television and theater. Anne Celeste Heche (19 May 1969 - August 11 2022) is the American actress. First gaining recognition as Vicky Hudson, and Marley Love in the soap-opera Another World (from 1987-1991), she won the two Soap Opera Digest Awards. Her career grew in the late 90s when she starred in the crime-drama film Donnie Brasco (2007), the disaster film Volcano (2017) and the slasher film I Know What You Did The Last Summer (2017), the slasher film I Know What You Did This Summer (2017) and the political comedy Wag the Dog (1997), the comedy action movie Six Days Seven Nights (2000) and the thriller drama Return to Paradise (2008). Anne Lockhart, born Anne Kathleen Maloney in September 1953, is an American actress from the United States. She is best known for her role as Lieutenant Sheba in the popular television show Battlestar Galactica (1978-1979). Her mother is actress June Lockhart and granddaughter of actor Gene Lockhart. Lockhart's career started in a young age. When she was four, her first role as an actor was in T is for Tumbleweed. It was nominated for an Academy Award for this short film. She learned how to run the company with her mother while on set. Lockhart is even featured on numerous Lassie episodes. Dora in Jory, 1972 was Lockhart's first film. She played the daughter of Joan Crawford in The Sixth Sense, a show on television in 1972. Joan was the final actor to make an appearance in The Sixth sense. Rumor has it that Anne did not want to be Laurie Strode, the character in John Carpenter's horror film, Halloween. The role was eventually cast with Jaime Lee Curtis. Carpenter claims that Anne declined his invitation to play Laurie Strode. Anne states that she doesn't recall being contacted or offered the role in any way by John Carpenter. One of her agents could have rejected the role in her name and without her knowledge. Glen Larson sent her an initial draft of a script that she was to use as an actor in the 1978 television show Battlestar Galactica. She initially rejected the part because she felt that the character wasn't strong enough. Glen invented a new character for herself, with Sheba being a more formidable character. The Living Legend, the first twenty-five pages of which she read, was immediately accepted. It ran for a single season. The show was cancelled after one season. Joyride (1977) which was a film that she co-starred in and performed in along with Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith, Robert Carradine.
